  Group discounts
Invite your colleagues and register as a group.
The organizers offers group discounts to institutions that want to register 5 or more employees. To qualify, all participants in the group must be employed in the same institution.
You need to contact the organizers by email (info@grapheneconf.com) before registration and payment.
The organizers will provide a special registration form for your employees.
   Invoicing

Payment must be made in Euros by credit card or bank transfer through the registration system (all bank charges and commissions must be paid by the participants). Please note that your invoice will be issued in Euros. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after a successful registration. If you encounter any troubles, please contact the conference organizers at info@grapheneconf.com. The invoice will be issued using the billing details provided on the registration online form, so please ensure to provide the correct information: institution/company name, address and VAT number. German VAT (19%) is applicable on all conference registration fees to all participants (Professional or Individual) (Business transaction subject to articles § 3a (3) number 5 UStG / § 3a (3) number 3 letter a) UStG - German VAT Law).

 

Cancellation Policy

Conference participants

Your payment less 50 Euros will be reimbursed if a cancellation is received before April 08, 2022.
If a cancellation is received between April 08, 2022 and May 20, 2022, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
No reimbursement will be made after May 20, 2022

For any cancellation an additional Administration Fee (30 euros) will be charged.
